Photo Shoot Instructions:

Any child visibly sick or with a fever will not be shot. You can use your deposit towards a future shoot.

Your child MUST arrive at the shoot with their hair in rollers. There will be an extra charge of $25 if we have to roll the hair and this also takes up part of your time slot. Hot rollers are preferred but use whatever curls the hair best. If hair extensions are used, they are to be glued in and curled before you arrive at the shoot.

Dark colors and denim work best for B&W head shots. You will need to bring hats, scarves, ribbons, etc. If shooting portfolio bring props to help the picture tell a story. Be creative. The more you bring the better the finished product. We know what looks best in the final print and therefore reserve the right not to shoot an outfit or idea, if we feel it is inappropriate.

Bring your current pictures so that we do not duplicate them in anyway and to help achieve a better variety.

You will be allowed two hours for your shoot. If the child does not cooperate we will do our best to get what we can done in the time frame. Please be on time. If you are late this cuts down on shooting time.

You will receive your contact sheets and proofs approximately two weeks after we return home. Your proofs will come priority mail. When you place your final order please allow four weeks for pictures.

Please be respectful of the shooting area and don't bring in food and drinks, etc. Feed the child BEFORE you come for your appointment.

We DO NOT give refunds on your deposit. If you can not make your appointment because of INJURY or ILLNESS, and IF YOU DO CALL BEFORE your scheduled appointment time, we will apply deposit toward a future shoot. NO CALL NO CREDIT NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

If for some reason the shoot were to be cancelled because of us your deposit will be refunded immediately.

We require the hostess to collect $100 deposit to reserve your time slot. The hostess must have all deposits to us three weeks prior to the shoot date in order for us to make travel arrangements. If you are wanting outdoor portfolio shots make sure to confirm a daytime slot with an early deposit. The hostess will fill slots on a first paid first choice basis. Remember NO DEPOSIT NO APPOINTMENT!

DO NOT CALL THE HOSTESS ABOUT PROOFS OR PICTURES. This is not her responsibility.
